Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga


If you have never tried yoga on a Stand Up Paddleboard, you absolutely must!!! Such a great way to add even more playfulness into your practice, plus it's an awesome opportunity to bring even more awareness and intention to your practice!  Falling in the water is just the icing on the cake! Tuesday and Thursday mornings 7:45-8:45am.  Pre-registration is required.
